It's all about balance and moderation. I'm not one to count calories, weigh myself or go on binge diets; I base my exercise plan off of how I feel and basically how my jeans fit. Each week I'll be posting a new exercise that will be focusing on a different part of your body and will be challenging myself to stick to the plan of completing the workout for 7 days straight. Note: each workout will be one that you can do in under 10 minutes (us Moms don't have a lot of time on our hands) and one that you can modify to your fitness level.
