spicy beer almonds
These spice nuts are so simple and so good. A dish of these makes for a great nibble at happy hour with a glass of wine, cocktail, or beer. Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 3 cups blanched whole almonds
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- tablespoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon smoky Spanish paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place almonds on a baking sheet or half-sheet pan. Bake until golden brown, crunchy and fragrant, about 7-10 minutes. In a medium bowl, combine the oil and warm nuts; toss well. While tossing, sprinkle in the salt, then the rosemary and finally the paprika. Return the almonds to the baking sheet; allow to cool. Almonds can be stored in an airtight container, for up to 1 week.
